I'd like to welcome you to my very first newsletter! Each week, I'm going to share with you updates on my mindfulness journey, any new content I publish, and things I discover.
This week, I announced my mindfulness journey for 2019. After a year of recovery from my sickness in 2017, I am now ready to Eat, Pray, Love around the world... millenial style (vlog, blog, and all that jazz)
Stay tuned for more updates. I leave officially for my trip in a few weeks. In the meantime, I am spending some quality time with my family here in Los Angeles before I take off.
A Book I'm Re-Reading
Mark Manson's book came up in a conversation with my friend a week ago and I decided to re-upload to my kindle for a refresher. Easy, quick read for insight on life, stoicism, personal growth and responsibility. His blog and newsletter are few of my must-reads whenever new content is published.

Speaking of Decisions... My 2019 Resolution
When I make resolutions, they are extremely simple - a single word or phrase. The simplicity & focus helps to keep it top-of-mind throughout the year.
2018 was "Letting Go".
2019 is Mindfulness. Becoming more mindful in my everyday and in my relationships with everyone.
Daily meditation has been a huge stepping stone for me and shared some of my insights from a year on Headspace on Medium.
